One on One skill development training. We understand every player is different and each workout plan is prepared for each individual player.

Geared to work on all aspects of the game; ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defense, rebounding and conditioning. You can also request specific focuses per session. Duration- 1 Hour

Small Group

Group of 2-5 players with similar talent level and needs skill development training. Players will be matched with players like themselves so they can compete. Competitive games, game situations/simulations and play break down.
